RIP

Half Pint and the Half Pint Music family would like their deepest sympathies and condolences to our two brothers in music and true reggae soldiers that left us much too early – Hepcat / Dubcat bassist David Fuentes and South African reggae superstarLucky Dube.

Please give your support to the David “Bassie” Fuentes Memorial Fund and benefit concerts this Sunday October 21 in Hollywood, CA at the El Rey Theater and Wednesday October 24 at the Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach, CA. David joined Half Pint on tour many times as a DubCat member and was truly a special person.

Should you wish to send a message of condolence to Lucky Dube’s family, please email Lucky@gallo.co.za or fax on 27 (0) 11 340 9471. Lucky and performed on many a festival like Reggae Sunsplash in Jamaica and festivals / concerts around the world over the last 20 years.

Both will be greatly missed great and their spirits live on through music.
